Your body, your timeline
Why does my body look different to everyone elses?
Because puberty runs on its own schedule and your genes set it. Height, shape, skin, hair, breast development and timing all vary widely, and comparing yourself to whoever happens to be nearest is comparing two different processes rather than one normal and one abnormal.
What this does and does not tell you
This is general information, not a diagnosis. Only a clinician can examine you, take your history and run tests. The same symptom has different causes in different people.
If something is sudden, severe, or getting worse quickly, get medical advice rather than reading on.
